EDD HBCU Town Halls and Tastings Program

Our 2-hour programs take place at HBCU’s; convene faculty, staff and BIPOC students to explore structural barriers to equitable access to wellness & equity as well as black veganism with  clinical, culinary and food justice experts while enjoying BIPOC chef-crafted tastings.

WHOSE INVITED

Students, faculty, staff and collaborative partners.

OUR GOAL

1. To spur dialogue and interest in lifestyles that significantly aid in the reduction of risk factors for our top chronic diseases among future HBCU leaders, staff and faculty.

2. To introduce resolution-centered dialogue regarding food insecurity, access, black and brown veganism and health equity in safe spaces.

3.  To introduce nutritive community re-education where it’s needed most.
