EAT DRINK DISRUPT (EDD) ROOTS PROGRAM

EDD Roots partners with culturally and nutritionally aligned Charlotte businesses and agencies, including Salon Salas, Oh My Soul USA, and Care Ring, to deliver expert-led, whole food, plant-based lifestyle education in trusted spaces serving historically underserved communities.

Through our yeti-monthly onsite wellness activations at Salon Salas for salon clients and stylists, quarterly outreach and engagement at Oh My Soul Restaurant and annual food access collaboration with Care Ring, Power is Giving delivers culturally aligned, chef-led tastings, expert nutrition instruction, evidence-based take-home resources, on-call board-certified physician engagement, and vegan nutrition-with-dignity initiatives including the vegan community fridge filled daily to honor homelessness and wellness with dignity and our annual vegan food drive.
