OUR PROGRAMS 

For ages 5-17, this free 1/2 day program combats childhood obesity through culturally resonant coaching and mentorship via former NCAA Div 1 tennis, fitness instruction as well as the provision of wellness resources and vegan snacks, lunch and beverages. 

1/2 Day program encourages optimal wellness and equity while providing BIPOC clinicians, chefs, entrepreneurs, partners and subject matter experts a platform to reach, teach and liberate through the presentation of restorative lifestyle solutions. 

Provided in food apartheid communities or within programs that support their advocacy, we focus on collaboration to provide cooking demos, evidence-centered nutrition and wellness equity presentations, tastings and literary resources that showcase the benefits and culturally resonant flavors of a WFPB lifestyle.

This 75 minute whole food, plant-based (WFPB) lunch and learn program provides clinically-led and optimal wellness centered, chronic disease prevention, arrest presentations, Q & A, culturally resonant WFPB lunches and take home wellness resources.
