EDD ROOTS PROGRAM
With a focus on BIPOC community program accessibility, we team up with collaborative partners to provide in-community, ancestrally-centered, whole food, plant-based (WFPB) cooking demos, presentations and other evidence-based resources that introduce plant-based, culturally resonant flavors and how to access them within communities hardest hit by preventable and arrestable chronic diseases and related systemic inequities.
This program will resume in 2026.
